Well not sure what to say but thought I should say something. Dog nose on space bar. Had potatoes for supper. and a banana, strawberry, flax seed smoothie later. I went to my Spanish class. Amy

I ate my lunch while driving. I know I shouldn’t do this but it saved me some time. I managed to wait on supper until I got home. Got a little lost driving home but was still on track. At least no traffic jams. I am gonna whoop that food. Amy

I made it in and out ouf the convience store, Kmart and Walgreens with out buying binge food. These were all big struggles. I just thought about do I want to report a binge in my blog and I decided no I don’t.

I did buy some french fries and ate them which I think I would have been better without. I froze a bunch of bananas tonight. At the rate I am going we will have a freezer full soon. We have several small groves of banana trees.

My food is not perfect today But I did manage to stick to 3 meals and one snack and no horrible foods or binges. So I have given myself a point. Hurray.

Today the food beat me again. Had a fight with dbf this am. Sucessfully purchased a tank of propane. Got my flat patched. Made it to work on time. Told the guy at the tire shop, “Si, you hablo mucho espanol.” (I speak a lot of Spanish) I’m sure he knew it was a lie, but it served to entertain me. I also ran a few errands and put oil in the car. I was hoping someone else would do this, but sometime it’s easier to just do it and be done.
